Are you someone who can:

• Facilitate quality delivery across the various teams.
• Monitor quality adherence and compliance to quality standards.
• Ensure implementation of identified quality methodologies and improvement initiatives.
• Deploy the quality management tools.
• Provide support and act as a feedback channel for quality issues.
• Communicate quality initiatives.
• Provide ongoing intelligence on customers and competitors using internal and external data sources i.e. monitor surveys etc.
• Offer input into market analysis and segmentation.
• Assist in aligning processes in the business and to ensure that this is in line with customers' expectations.
• Identify possible risks in the area and come up with suitable action plans to ensure there are no loopholes in the process.

You will be an ideal candidate if you have:

• 2 Years plus experience in a Quality Assurer role
• Life Insurance Experience would be beneficial
• Phone Call Evaluation and Etiquette
• Evaluation of Complaints and the root causes

Technical Skills

Proficiency in quality management systems, statistical analysis, and problem-solving techniques is essential.

• Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills are vital for collaborating with teams, explaining quality standards, and reporting findings.
• Attention to Detail: The ability to be meticulous and spot inconsistencies is a critical skill for this role.
• Analytical Skills: A strong ability to analyze data and identify areas for improvement is necessary.
• Root Cause Analysis: The Ability to do root cause analysis
