MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS, EXPERIENCE AND KNOWLEDGE


• Nursing Diploma or Degree with Midwifery


• Diploma/ Degree in Occupational Health Science


• Diploma or Degree in Nursing Administration/Management


• Primary Healthcare Diploma/ Degree (Clinical Nursing Science, Health assessment, treatment and care)


• Dispensing Certificate/Licence


• Currently registered as a Professional Nurse with the South African Nursing Council


• At least three (3) years as a Senior Professional Nurse (OHNP) in Occupational Health setting

OTHER REQUIREMENTS

Medical Certificate of Fitness

Computer Literacy

Fluency in both verbal and written English is essential

Code 8 Driver's license

Internal candidates to complete the internal Job application form with HR as acknowledgement from HOD on application.

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES


• To utilise his/her skills and knowledge within the Health Services field to manage health services hub.


• To provide health care to the operation in line with Harmony health care strategy and relevant legislation.


• Reporting incidents to the Medical Doctor and Clinics Manager.


• Communicating and implementing unit Specific Policies and Protocols according to nursing policies and procedures.


• Rendering direct and indirect patient care.


• Record keeping of patient information on the Healthcare System.


• Addressing patient, complaints, and concerns.


• Ensuring customer satisfaction.


• Participating in research activities for statically reporting purposes.


• Performing standby duties as required in certain specified areas.


• Coordinating emergency services as required according to Disaster Plan.
