The Role

We're seeking a Business & Operations Intern who's curious, organised, and eager to learn how strategy turns into execution. You'll work alongside our product, advisory, and marketing teams, helping to translate business needs into insights, manage data and workflows, and keep projects moving with precision.

This role is perfect for someone who enjoys structure and problem-solving, and who wants to understand how strategy, systems, and people come together to create measurable value.

What You'll Do

  • Assist with day-to-day business operations, administration, and coordination tasks.
  • Support data capture, validation, and analysis to inform project decisions.
  • Contribute to preparing presentations, reports, and client documentation.
  • Help with testing and documenting features within the StratXe platform.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to track progress on ongoing client projects.
  • Conduct research and benchmarking to support business development and product design.
  • Assist in workshops, training sessions, and stakeholder meetings.

What You Bring

  • Currently studying towards or recently completed a degree or diploma in Business, Economics, Information Systems, Project Management, or a related field.
  • Strong organisational and analytical skills, with attention to detail.
  • Comfortable working with data, spreadsheets, and digital tools (e.g., Excel, Google Suite, or CRM systems).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • A curious, self-driven approach to learning and problem-solving.
  • Interest in technology, business analysis, and strategy execution.
