Profile – Head of Electronic Maintenance Department

The Electromechanical Engineer and Head of the Electronic Maintenance Department at Cleopatra Tissue, a manufacturing plant dedicated to baby diaper production, is responsible for ensuring the operational reliability, safety, and efficiency of all electrical, electronic, and automation systems involved in the production process.

This position covers all aspects of preventive, corrective, and predictive maintenance on high-speed production lines, ensuring the maximum availability of Diatec Andritz machines and associated converting and packaging systems.

Key Functions and Technical Responsibilities:

  • Diagnosis and troubleshooting of complex faults in PLCs, Siemens, Allen Bradley and Mitsubishi, siemens and ABB drives, Profibus communication networks, and other industrial control systems.
  • Maintenance, configuration, and calibration of HMI touch screens.
  • Diagnosis and repair of AC motors above 30 kW, including insulation and performance testing.
  • Monitoring and control of compressed air consumption, as well as maintenance of air compressors and air dryers.
  • Tracking and analysis of electrical energy consumption, with the ability to develop and implement energy-saving plans.
  • Planning and execution of the preventive maintenance program, ensuring compliance and full traceability of maintenance activities.
  • Maintaining all maintenance procedures and documentation required for ISO certification compliance.
  • Preparing and submitting monthly reports on departmental progress, activities, and performance indicators.
  • Working closely with the Production and Mechanical Maintenance departments to achieve the company's operational goals.
  • Personnel management under his responsibility, ensuring efficiency and technical excellence.

This position requires a professional with strong technical expertise, analytical capacity, and decision-making skills under pressure, combining advanced knowledge in industrial automation, electrical systems, energy optimization, and modern maintenance management.
