**Job Specification**:

- **Reporting and Responsibilities**:

- Reports directly to the Area Manager within the Cold Products business unit.
- Optimizes and continually improves production processes while adhering to the QCDSM framework (Quality, Costs, Delivery, Safety, and Moral).
- Ensures achievement of business Key Performance Areas (KPA’s) and Key Performance Indicators (KPI’s).
- Oversees three-shift production teams, ensuring safety and quality compliance as per relevant standards.
- Executes all production-related activities cost-effectively.
- **Technical Responsibilities**:

- Acts as the custodian of Cold Products metallurgical processes.
- Reports on, analyzes, and monitors production processes and product quality.
- Recommends process improvements based on trials and implements corrective actions effectively.
