Job Title: Franchise Store Manager – Puma Forecourt & OK Minimark (Bronkhorstbaai – Gauteng)

Introduction:

We are looking for a driven and reliable Franchise Store Manager to lead our Puma Forecourt & OK Minimark based in Bronkhorstbaai, Gauteng. The ideal candidate will be experienced in managing a Convenience Store/ Petrol Station. Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily store and forecourt operations.
  • Manage stock, cash-ups and supplier co-ordination.
  • Lead and motivate a team of staff.
  • Ensure top-notch customer service.
  • Drive sales and maintain store standards.
  • Identify and troubleshoot any on-site challenges that may arise.

Desired Experience:

Mandatory:

· 10 years+ of retail management experience.

· Own vehicle and ability to work on weekends.

· Proficiency in PoS software and MS Office Suite.

Preferred:

· Forecourt/ Mini-supermarket experience.

· Fluent in Afrikaans.

Remuneration:

R25 000 to R30 000 per month – depending on experience

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: R25 000,00 - R30 000,00 per month
