We are currently offering an exciting opportunity for a talented Content Designer to join their marketing team in London. This role allows you to shape the brand's visual and digital presence, producing creative content that engages audiences and supports business growth.

About the Role

As a Content Designer, you will create visually compelling, on-brand content across digital channels. You'll collaborate closely with the Marketing Manager and Marketing Executive to craft marketing materials, social content, and videos that communicate the brand story effectively.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design on-brand marketing materials in Figma, including social media posts, infographics, sales decks, and product guides.
  • Create and edit short-form video content for TikTok, Instagram Reels, LinkedIn, and YouTube Shorts.
  • Repurpose existing content into engaging, platform-specific formats.
  • Assist with social media planning, scheduling, and day-to-day engagement.
  • Support website design updates and other digital platform content.
  • Maintain brand consistency across all visual and written communications.
  • Contribute creative ideas for campaigns and storytelling initiatives.

Qualifications & Experience

Required:

  • Strong design skills with proficiency in Figma.
  • Knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, etc.).
  • Experience producing short-form video content for social platforms.
  • Excellent visual storytelling skills and creative direction.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to brand consistency.
  • Experience creating content for social media with knowledge of trends and engagement strategies.
  • Experience or familiarity with HubSpot or similar CRM/marketing automation platforms.
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and organisational skills.
