**Job Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Market Opportunity Identification & Strategy Development**: Collaborate with the Senior Sales Consultant to identify new business opportunities in the market. Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy to achieve and exceed established objectives.
- **Sales Target Achievement**: Meet or exceed sales targets set by management by driving new business and increasing revenue from existing accounts.
- **Account Management & Growth**: Regularly visit existing clients to maintain and strengthen relationships. Work with your team to ensure client needs are met and identify opportunities for further growth.
- **Reporting & Communication**: Provide regular updates to the team and management on activities and results through daily call reports (scrums), weekly work plans, and monthly/annual territory analyses.
- **Client Issue Resolution**: Identify and address client issues promptly. Work closely with the technical team and other colleagues to find satisfactory solutions and maintain positive client relationships.
- **Customer Satisfaction**: Deliver exceptional customer service, striving to enhance client satisfaction and loyalty. Ensure that your clients receive the highest standard of service in the industry.
- **Business Development**: Contribute to the overall growth of the company by supporting regional and corporate goals, expanding the business through proactive sales efforts.
- **Stock Management**: Monitor and manage stock levels within your designated area. Perform regular stock takes to ensure inventory accuracy.

PACKAGE: Market Related Basic Salary, Commission, Car Allowance, Medical Aid, Company Cell phone and Laptop, Business km paid for

Pay: R10 000,00 - R15 000,00 per month
