We are seeking qualified and experienced Occupational Health Nurses (OHNs) to join a leading organisation in Johannesburg. This role requires a dedicated professional who is passionate about workplace health, safety, and well -being. Key Responsibilities: Provide comprehensive occupational health services to employees, including medical surveillance, risk -based health assessments, and emergency care. Conduct workplace health risk assessments and support compliance with Occupational Health and Safety Act (OHSA) requirements. Promote employee wellness through health education, counselling, and preventative care initiatives. Maintain accurate medical records and ensure strict confidentiality. Liaise with management, safety officers, and external stakeholders regarding occupational health programs and compliance. Participate in health campaigns, injury -on -duty case management, and return -to -work programs.Requirements Requirements: Registered Professional Nurse with SANC. Occupational Health Nursing qualification (OHN Diploma or equivalent). Minimum of 2–3 years' experience in occupational health within an industrial, mining, or corporate setting. Knowledge of OHSA, COID, and relevant workplace legislation. Strong communication, counselling, and reporting skills.
