Our client is looking for an experienced
Scrum Master
to join their team on
a 12-month contract.
This role sits within a dynamic, fast-moving technology environment and plays a key part in enabling delivery teams to operate efficiently and predictably. You will work within a collaborative PMO structure and partner closely with product, technology, data, and business stakeholders to drive high-quality delivery outcomes.

Key Responsibilities


• Team Facilitation -
Lead and guide Scrum teams through all Agile ceremonies, ensuring each session is structured, purposeful, and aligned to delivery goals.


• Agile Delivery Support -
Enable teams to plan and deliver work in consistent, iterative cycles while maintaining visibility of priorities, timelines, and dependencies.


• Impediment Management -
Proactively identify potential blockers, resolve issues promptly, and collaborate with cross-functional leaders to maintain delivery momentum.


• Stakeholder Engagement -
Foster transparent communication with product owners, delivery leads, and business partners. Provide clear, timely updates on progress, risks, and required decisions.


• Continuous Improvement -
Promote a culture of continuous learning by helping teams assess their processes, surface improvement opportunities, and adopt measurable enhancements.


• Support for Agile Practices -
Coach teams in Agile ways of working, champion transparency, and ensure alignment with Definition of Ready and Definition of Done.


• Delivery Quality -
Support teams in maintaining focus on delivering value, aligning with the product vision, and applying tools and practices that strengthen delivery quality.

Required Skills & Experience


• Experience -
5–8 years of experience as a Scrum Master or Agile Delivery Lead, ideally within multi-team or complex delivery environments.


• Agile Knowledge -
Solid understanding of Scrum and other Agile frameworks. Relevant certifications (CSM, PSM, PMI-ACP, SAFe) are advantageous.


• Industry Background -
Experience in technology-driven or data-focused environments will be beneficial.


• Communication Skills -
Strong interpersonal and facilitation capabilities, with the ability to manage expectations and deliver clear, concise updates.


• Problem-Solving -
Ability to identify delivery risks, navigate blockers, and collaborate with both technical and business teams to find practical solutions.


• Team Leadership -
A supportive coach who can help teams stay focused, elevate their ways of working, and consistently deliver impactful results.
