Call Centre Position

We are looking for call centre agents for our Cape Town office to retrieve records for health insurance on behalf of USA Clients.
Required Qualifications
• Able to speak fluent English with a neutral accent.
• Matric (Maths or Maths literacy is compulsory)
• Computer literate and be able to type at least 30 wpm, without errors.
• Clear criminal record
• Minimum 2 year work experience in Call Centre, Telesales or Customer Care
Additional Skills Required
• Candidates must be self-motivated
• Able to work under pressure
• Energetic and Passionate
• Hungry for growth
• Able to work shifts based on USA client time zones (Between 3pm till 12am)
