Role Overview

We're looking for a detail-obsessed Email & Marketing Automation Specialist to own the execution, optimization, and performance of our lifecycle marketing programs. You'll build automated journeys, manage campaigns in HubSpot, improve email deliverability, and help create a seamless communication experience for real estate investors, CPAs, and partners across their entire customer journey.

This role sits at the intersection of marketing, operations, sales enablement, and customer success. Your work will directly influence revenue, lead quality, customer activation, and retention.

Key Responsibilities

Email Marketing & Campaign Operations
Build, schedule, and manage high-performing email campaigns across newsletters, promotions, product announcements, partners, and nurture sequences.Craft segmentation strategies tailored to investor personas, STR owners, commercial buyers, CPAs, and partners.Own A/B testing across subject lines, CTAs, content, and send-time optimization.

 Marketing Automation & Lifecycle Journeys
Develop and optimize automated lifecycle workflows in HubSpot (lead nurture, deal stage automation, onboarding, re-engagement, churn saves, etc.).Partner with Sales and Customer Success to map communications for every stage of the company journey—from proposal to report delivery.Ensure campaign logic is clean, scalable, and well-documented.

 HubSpot CRM & Data
Maintain and refine segmentation fields, scoring models, and contact property logic.Troubleshoot workflow issues and implement quality-control processes to prevent data drift.Collaborate with the operations team to enhance funnel reporting, attribution, and data hygiene.

 Performance & Optimization
Track and own performance metrics such as open rate, CTR, conversion rate, deliverability, and lifecycle velocity; make recommendations using data-backed insights.Continuously audit and improve email content, naming conventions, and folder structures for long-term scalability.

 Cross-Functional Collaboration
Work closely with the design team to ensure email templates reflect company's brand and visual standards.Partner with Sales to support outbound sequences, automated follow-ups, and AE-specific workflows.Align with Product and Customer Success to develop event-triggered messages and in-app email integrations.Partner with the Head of Performance Marketing to connect lifecycle events with paid acquisition (offline conversions, audience lists) and to design post-click nurture journeys that improve CAC and LTV.

 

Requirements

3+ years of experience in email marketing, CRM management, or lifecycle automation (HubSpot preferred).Experience building complex, multi-branch workflows in Zapier and Hubspot.Familiarity with Webflow, Zapier, LemList and similar API-based integrations.Strong understanding of segmentation, lead scoring, workflow architecture, and email deliverability best practices.Experience building multi-step automation and managing large contact volumes.Analytical mindset—comfortable with reporting, experimentation, and deriving insights from performance data.Strong copywriting skills for short-form B2B communication.Experience in real estate, SaaS, financial services, or tax-related industries is a plus.

 

Nice-to-Haves

Knowledge of U.S. real estate investing concepts, depreciation, or cost segregation.Experience supporting sales outbound sequences or RevOps functions.Comfort working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment with evolving processes.
