Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Pretoria for a Commercial Lead Conversion Specialist (Energy). In this role, the specialist will be primarily responsible for managing and sourcing leads, converting them into customers, and ensuring a smooth customer onboarding experience. Daily responsibilities include maintaining customer relationships, preparing proposals, providing customer support, and delivering high-quality customer service. The role requires excellent communication and organizational skills to foster the growth of the company's sales pipeline.

Qualifications

  • Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to effectively engage with clients and ensure a high level of satisfaction
  • Proven Sales and Account Management experience (3+ years) to convert leads and oversee customer accounts
  • Fluent in Afrikaans and English (spoken and written)
  • Knowledge of renewable energy or solar systems is advantageous but not required
  • Familiarity with CRM tools and sales software will be beneficial
  • Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills
