As a Travel Client Services Consultant within FNB e-Bucks, you will play a pivotal role in enabling seamless operational support across digital journeys. You will be responsible for driving process excellence, managing key stakeholders, anticipating business needs, and applying sound financial acumen to support strategic initiatives and customer-centric solutions.

Are you someone who can:

• Provide professional and confident communication with clients via telephone and email, ensuring a high standard of service and cultivating long-term relationships with our valued clientele.

• Collaborate closely with Senior VIP Consultants, Team Leaders, and Operations Travel Managers to deliver seamless and efficient travel solutions. Responsibilities include:

• Processing new domestic travel reservations (car hire, transfers, flights and accommodation)
• Facilitation of changes on domestic bookings (name changes, date changes etc)
• Processing new domestic travel reservations (car hire, transfers, flights and accommodation)
• Facilitation of changes on regional bookings (name changes, date changes etc)
• Loading and maintaining service records in the booking system
• Managing booking amendments and updates
• Liaising with suppliers for confirmations and changes
• Coordinating car rental bookings and vehicle transfers for regional and international bookings.
• Assisting with the issuance of TIC travel insurance policies
• To ensure all non-GDS services are loaded as passives into the PNR's for record keeping and tracking purposes.

• Accommodation bookings via our online platform

• Demonstrate a strong understanding of point-to-point flight bookings for domestic and regional routes and possess the technical skills to manage domestic & regional flight changes using GDS systems and low-cost carrier platforms.

• Provide support for specialized travel needs, including:

• Pre-seating arrangements
• Special meal requests
• Loading of passive segments in the GDS
• Updating and clearing of GDS Queues
• Wheelchair and medical assistance
• Booking for unaccompanied minors

You will be an ideal candidate if you have:

• Relevant Travel qualification or Diploma (systems and Travel industry related)
• Minimum of 5–8 years' experience as a Travel Consultant, with exposure to both leisure and corporate/VIP travel
• Proven expertise in domestic and international fares, ticketing, and travel logistics
• Strong understanding of the travel industry, including supplier relationships and booking platforms
• Advanced proficiency in Galileo Smartpoint and other GDS systems (e.g., Amadeus, Sabre)
• Skilled in using online booking tools for flights, accommodation, car hire, and transfers
• Ability to manage complex flight routings and facilitate changes with both full-service and low-cost carriers.
