UCA is looking for an exceptional
Project Manager
who thrives on structure, accountability, and getting things done properly. This is not a passive coordination role. This is an execution-led position for someone who can plan, enforce, fix, and deliver under pressure.

What You'll Be Responsible For

You will be the operational backbone of multiple UCA programmes, owning delivery from start to finish.

Your role includes:

  • End-to-end management of programme delivery across multiple clients and stakeholders
  • Building and maintaining project plans, timelines, and delivery trackers
  • Enforcing ClickUp as the single source of truth for all work
  • Applying quality assurance workflows across all deliverables
  • Personally executing high-impact work such as diagnostics, due diligence, compliance packs, and client communications when required
  • Supervising and quality-checking work from junior project staff
  • Coordinating contractors, coaches, and partners against clear briefs and deadlines
  • Managing reporting, dashboards, and delivery health checks
  • Ensuring audit-ready documentation, clean records, and disciplined follow-ups
  • Identifying delivery bottlenecks and fixing them, not escalating them

Required Experience & Qualifications

  • 2 to 6 years' experience in project or programme management
  • Proven experience managing multiple workstreams concurrently
  • Strong operational and administrative execution ability
  • Exposure to consulting, ESD, SED, governance, or compliance environments is an advantage
  • Formal project management qualification required

  • PMI (PMP or CAPM)
  • PRINCE2 (Foundation or Practitioner)
  • AgilePM, Scrum Master, or another recognised project management certification
