About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager / Scrum Master who can drive delivery across complex IT initiatives within a fast-paced, enterprise environment. You will be responsible for overseeing end-to-end project execution while embedding Agile ways of working across cross-functional teams. This role requires someone who is comfortable navigating both structured project environments and dynamic Agile delivery squads.

The ideal candidate is a strong communicator, highly organised, detail-driven, and confident engaging with technical teams, senior stakeholders, and external partners. You must have a solid track record of leading IT projects, resolving blockers, coaching teams, and ensuring delivery outcomes are achieved within scope, time, and quality targets.

Key Responsibilities

•Project & Delivery Management

•Lead the full lifecycle of IT projects from initiation to implementation and post-deployment review.

•Develop and maintain project plans, RAID logs, dashboards, and status reports.

•Manage scope, timelines, budget, and resources effectively.

•Coordinate with business, technical teams, vendors, and leadership to ensure alignment.

•Track and report delivery progress, risks, dependencies, and change control.

●Scrum Master & Agile Delivery

•Facilitate all Agile ceremonies (Daily Stand-Ups, Sprint Planning, Reviews, Retrospectives).

•Coach teams on Agile principles, continuous improvement, and delivery best practices.

•Identify and remove impediments to ensure smooth delivery flow.

•Work closely with Product Owners to refine backlogs, prioritise work, and maintain delivery cadence.

•Support the adoption of Agile frameworks across teams and drive Agile maturity.

●Stakeholder Management

•Build strong working relationships with business owners, technical leads, PMO, and senior leadership.

•Communicate delivery updates clearly and consistently across all stakeholder levels.

•Manage expectations and ensure transparent, proactive issue resolution.

●Governance & Reporting

•Ensure alignment with PMO standards, processes, and compliance requirements.

•Prepare executive-level reporting packs and provide insights on project health.

•Manage documentation including charters, scope statements, project artifacts, and closure reports.

●Minimum Requirements

•Degree or Diploma in IT, Business, or related field.

•5–10 years' experience as a Project Manager and/or Scrum Master in an IT environment.

•Strong delivery experience within corporate, banking, BPO, or technology environments.

•Hands-on experience with Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe).

•Strong understanding of SDLC, integration projects, and system implementations.

•Proficiency with JIRA, Confluence, and other project tools.

•Solid stakeholder engagement and communication skills.

•Ability to facilitate workshops, drive decision-making, and manage delivery risks.

Preferred Qualifications & Experience

•Scrum Master certification (CSM, PSM, SAFe, PMI-ACP).

•Project Management certifications (PMP, PRINCE2, CAPM).

•Experience working with distributed teams.

•Good understanding of technical concepts (APIs, SDLC, integrations).

•Experience in fast-paced, multi-project environments.
