Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Water Treatment Technician, based in Strand. The position involves the installation and assembly of water treatment systems, operating and maintaining water treatment and filtration systems, and ensuring compliance with quality standards. The technician will work on troubleshooting and optimizing equipment performance, conducting routine inspections, and providing support for water treatment as needed. Clear communication with team members, clients, and stakeholders is also an essential part of the role.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in plumbing, Water Treatment, and Wastewater Treatment to ensure proper system functionality and compliance.
  • Basic electrical terminations & understanding
  • Strong Analytical Skills to diagnose and troubleshoot issues within water treatment systems efficiently.
  • Effective Communication skills for collaborating with team members and liaising with clients and stakeholders.
  • Technical understanding of water treatment equipment and related technologies is highly advantageous.
  • A background in environmental science, engineering, or a related field is beneficial.
  • Experience with handling water treatment chemicals or specialized filter media is a plus.
