Role Description

This is both in and out of office role for a Sales Representative specializing in HDPE Water and Pressure Pipe at Afripipes, located in Spartan Kempton Park. The Sales Representative will be responsible for identifying new sales opportunities, building and maintaining customer relationships, developing sales strategies, and achieving sales targets. Daily tasks will include conducting market research, providing product information, preparing sales reports, attending client meetings, and participating in industry events and trade shows. Additionally, the Sales Representative will collaborate with the production and technical teams to ensure customer satisfaction and product quality.

Qualifications

  • Strong sales and negotiation skills
  • Knowledge of HDPE Water and Pressure Pipe products and industry trends
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to conduct market research and develop sales strategies
  • Proficiency in preparing sales reports and maintaining accurate records
  • Ability to work independently and meet sales targets
  • Experience attending industry events and trade shows
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field
