Process Engineers (x5) – 6-Month Contract | Hybrid | Possible Renewal

We're looking for experienced
Process Engineers
to join a high-impact team on a
6-month contract
(with potential renewal). You'll play a key role in improving efficiency, documenting complex systems, and driving better incident management across a large-scale, interdependent technology environment.

What You'll Do:

Document all existing and new processes to ensure transparency, consistency, and traceability.

Capture and maintain a detailed
crisis management and incident log
, including
root cause analysis
and
remediation workflows
.

Collaborate with multiple teams to map and optimize cross-functional processes.

Build a central repository for all documented processes and reporting.

Identify and resolve bottlenecks to reduce repeat incidents and improve response agility.

What You'll Need:

Degree in IT, Computer Science, Business Process Management, or a related field (advantageous).

5–7 years' experience in
IT operations, process governance, or service management
.

Strong background in documenting and optimizing complex, enterprise-level processes.

Experience with
incident, problem, and change management
.

Skilled in
process-mapping and documentation tools
.

Advanced analytical and reporting skills (root cause and trend analysis).

Excellent written communication and documentation abilities.

Contract:
6 months,
hybrid work model

Extension:
Possible renewal based on project scope
