Role Overview

We are looking for a dynamic Brand Manager with excellent communication skills who can confidently act as the link between clients and the internal team. You will play a key role in building strong relationships, managing projects, and ensuring each client's experience is professional and exceptional.

Key Responsibilities

Serve as the main link between clients and the team
Build and maintain strong client relationships
Attend meetings & provide accurate reporting
Collect and organize client information
Keep track of projects and communication
Ensure administration is accurate & completed on time

Requirements

  • Minimum Grade 12 (Degree/Diploma in Marketing = advantage)

  • At least 2 years' experience in a similar role (Brand Manager / Key Account Manager / Project Coordinator)

  • Strong understanding of marketing processes

  • CRM system experience is an advantage

  • Ability to manage multiple clients/projects simultaneously

Jy sal 'n belangrike rol speel in die bou van verhoudings, die bestuur van projekte en die waarborg dat elke kliënt se ervaring professioneel en uitsonderlik is.

Bou en onderhou sterk kliënteverhoudings
Neem deel aan vergaderings & rapporteer akkuraat
Versamel en organiseer kliënt-inligting
Hou rekord van projekte en kommunikasie
Verseker dat administrasie akkuraat & betyds afgehandel word

Vereistes

  • Minimum Gr12 (Graad/Diploma in Bemarking = pluspunt)

  • Minstens 2 jaar ervaring in 'n soortgelyke rol (Brand Manager / Key Account Manager / Project Coordinator)

  • Goeie begrip van bemarkingsprosesse

  • Ervaring met CRM-stelsels voordelig

  • Kan verskeie projekte en kliënte gelyktydig bestuur
