1. Scope of Work

The appointed Graphic Designer will be responsible for delivering end-to-end design services and supporting the organisation's communications and branding initiatives.

1.1 Work Arrangement

-      Full-time placement at the Client's Head Office in Bryanston.

-      Hybrid work model (in line with Client's policies).

-      The designer will work exclusively for the Client during the contract period.

-      The designer will report to the Communications Manager.

1.2 Qualifications & Skills

Technical Proficiency:

-      Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, XD)

-      Advantageous: CorelDRAW and/or Canva experience

-      Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS

-      Understanding of responsive design

-      Print and digital preparation expertise

-      Knowledge of file formats (PNG, JPG, PDF, EPS)

Design Competencies:

-      Strong understanding of typography, colour theory, layout and composition

-      Ability to create brand assets including logos and style guides

-      Experience with print and digital material production

-      Ability to work in a high-performing team environment

2. Key Responsibilities

-      Design invitations, newsletters, email banners, and various graphics.

-      Ensure alignment with brand guidelines and corporate identity.

-      Provide brand advisory support to internal teams.

-      Manage and maintain the digital design archive.

-      Assist with conceptualisation and layout design for marketing materials.
