We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to work with one of our Client's in the Financial Services sector. As a talent acquisition specialist who sp
ecializes in IT recruitment you will join the client's team and help match skilled tech professionals with the right opportunities and
leverage your knowledge of the IT industry to source, screen, and place top-tier tech talent. You will work closely with business to understand their hiring needs and ensure an excellent recruitment experience from start to finish.

Location: Hybrid

Duration: 3 Months contract (Monday to Friday 8am-17h00)

Type of employment: Independent Contractor

Start Date: Immediately available (January to March 2026)

Key Responsibilities:

· Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for IT roles (e.g., enterprise architects, integration developer, software developers, data analysts, cybersecurity specialists, etc.)

· Source and engage candidates through job portals

· Screen CVs, conduct interviews, and assess technical and cultural fit

· Build strong relationships with business and provide consultative recruitment support

· Keep up with market trends and competitor activity in the IT hiring space

Requirements:

· Grade 12 and qualification in Human Resources Management or related filed

· 5 years' experience in tech recruitment

· Strong understanding of tech roles

· Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills

· Results-driven mindset with the ability to meet and exceed targets

· Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment

· Proficiency with recruitment tools (LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards)
