We are seeking a Qualified or Semi-Skilled Auto Electrician with experience working on heavy equipment, plant machinery, and trucks. The ideal candidate will have hands-on expertise in diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining complex auto electrical systems in a variety of industrial and commercial vehicles. Key Responsibilities: Diagnose and repair electrical faults on heavy-duty equipment, trucks, and plant machinery. Install, maintain, and troubleshoot wiring, lighting, ignition, and control systems. Perform routine maintenance to ensure optimal performance and safety compliance. Work with both 12V and 24V systems, including alternators, starter motors, and electronic control modules. Read and interpret wiring diagrams, technical manuals, and diagnostic reports. Conduct fault finding using appropriate diagnostic tools and software. Ensure all work is performed in line with safety standards and company policies. Requirements: Qualified Auto Electrician or proven experience as a Semi-Skilled Auto Electrician. Minimum of [X] years experience with heavy machinery, plant, and trucks. Knowledge of hydraulic and pneumatic control systems advantageous. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
