**Responsibilities**:
- Preparation and Processing: Prepare meat for casing, including trimming, cleaning, and ensuring pieces are correctly sized. Operate machinery for stuffing, linking, and shaping meat products within casings.
- Quality Control: Conduct regular checks to ensure that meat casings meet the required standards of quality and safety. Identify and report any issues or deviations from the standard process.
- Cleaning and Maintenance: Perform routine cleaning of work areas, tools, and equipment to maintain a hygienic work environment. Carry out basic maintenance and report any machinery faults to the supervisor.
- Packaging: Efficiently package finished products, ensuring they are ready for distribution while adhering to packaging standards and guidelines.
- Inventory Management: Assist in the management of supplies and inventory, including receiving, storing, and documenting inventory levels to ensure availability of necessary materials.
- Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with team members to meet production targets and deadlines. Provide support to other areas of the production line as required.
- Health and Safety Compliance: Adhere to all health and safety regulations and company policies to ensure a safe working environment for all employees.
