Job Summary:
We're seeking highly motivated and sales-driven individuals to join our telesales team. As a Telesales Travel Consultant, you'll sell tour packages, provide exceptional customer service, and exceed sales targets.
**Responsibilities**:
- Generate sales leads and convert inquiries into bookings
- Present tour options and tailor travel experiences to customers' preferences
- Provide destination information, answer questions, and address concerns
- Meet and exceed monthly sales targets
- Maintain accurate records and reports
- Collaborate with colleagues to achieve team goals
**Requirements**:
- 1+ year of telesales experience (travel industry experience a plus)
- Proven sales track record and ability to meet targets
- Excellent communication, persuasion, and customer service skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong product knowledge (training provided)
- Grade 12 or equivalent qualification : diploma preferred
Preferred Qualifications:
- Travel industry knowledge
- Familiarity with CRM software
- Multilingual skills
