In this role as Demand Planner, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to create and maintain accurate production and demand plans that ensure the organization meets its goals and customer satisfaction standards. The Demand Planner is an integral part of the business and is responsible for efficiently managing forecasts, inventory levels, and supply chain processes.

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and maintain accurate production and demand plans, ensuring that all planning activities are completed on time and accurately.
- Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to ensure customer demand is met by adjusting inventory levels accordingly.
- Coordinating with suppliers and factories to ensure timely deliveries and to monitor production schedules.
- Review historical sales trends, research demand drivers, prepare forecast data, and evaluate forecast results to identify significant variances, assessing short & long term forecast trends.
- Generate reports incorporating analysis of data gathered from the supply chain management systems.
- Maintain and improve the ERP/Planning system database with continuous optimization for best utilization.
- Coordinate with logistics and warehouse management to ensure all shipments are delivered on time.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Engineering, Mathematics, or related fields.
- 4+ years of experience in demand planning, production planning, logistics, or supply chain functions.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, Advanced Excel skills required.
- Knowledge of SAP/APO, preferred.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze large data sets.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Organized, with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks efficiently and independently.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, adapt to changes, and deliver results under pressure.
