Our platform capabilities are predominantly crafted and delivered by our global IT organisations and are cloud based and mobile enabled - this includes Infrastructure.

International Commercial consists of markets in AsiaPac, MEA, LATAM and Russia/Eurasia with a revenue of ~USD 4bn (China is not in scope for this - but is part of International region). International is a very dynamic, collaborative and fast-growing business.

**ABOUT THE ROLE?**

This role is responsible for providing key insights across datasets and channels, providing a level of support and service to the International region on data related queries. The role will be responsible to drive standardization of key channel metrics, ensuring there is alignment by all markets on how datasets are reported across the region. The role will be a key contact for queries relating to data across GDE (Global Data Explorer Database), Veeva, Reltio, and other data related technologies.

**ESSENTIAL SKILLS & EXPERIENCE REQUIRED?**
- Experience of leading teams with a demonstrable track record of motivational and achievement-oriented leadership
- Strong experience of developing relationships with senior internal customers and suppliers
- Deep experience of understanding (external) customer journeys and designing new customer experiences.
- Strong track record of delivering Digital solutions with clear outcome metrics
- Ability to work well in and across diverse global Teams
- Strong networking and consulting skills
- Strong communication and influencing skills
- Strong change management
- Advanced proficiency in strategic planning, change enablement and innovation
- Strong experience planning, deploying and maintaining capabilities e.g. Data, Digital, multichannel, omnichannel.
- Identifying and delivering POCs of innovative technology solutions
- Experience of leadership in a complex/geographical context
- Proven skills of managing budgets
- Proven skills across data analytics and insights
- Ability to both understand data, but interpret & suggest outcomes and areas of improvement from the data
- Project management experience, to deliver various initiatives across digital, marketing, campaigns etc.
