**POSITION PURPOSE**

The purpose of the Marketing Assistant is to provide the Marketing team within Cushman & Wakefield | Broll with Marketing administration assistance.

**ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND BASIC DUTIES**
1. General Marketing Admin

2. Website
a. Updating of website through Content Management System and briefing in Agency
b. Extracting Web Analytics on a monthly basis

a. Content collation
b. Briefing content into design

4. Internal Digital Magazine
a. Collating of Content
b. Briefing content into design
c. Distribution of internal digital magazine

5. Social Media
a. Social Media (Facebook & LinkedIn) Monthly Content scheduling
b. Social Media Ad placements
c. Uploading of YouTube Videos
d. Extracting of Social Media Analytics on a monthly basis

6. Public Relations
a. Following up on content and information from Business Unit heads for PR purposes

7. Events
a. Assist with the event coordination internally and externally on an ad hoc basis

8. Google Adwords / SEO
a. Implementation and optimization of SEO strategies including keyword search
b. Manage Google Adword campaigns to maximize web traffic and conversion
c. Google Adwords / SEO reporting

**PERFORMANCE MEASUREMENTS**
1. Successfully execute marketing campaigns / initiatives across the agreed channels, as per the approved KPI’s
2. Contribute towards to companies online presence and growth through marketing initiatives set out in marketing strategy
3. Collaborate with business units to collate all information required for the marketing initiatives, through strong communication skills
4. Monitor and provide observations on all marketing platforms
5. Demonstrates strong event coordination skill across ad hoc internal and external events
6. Takes initiative in identifying growth opportunities for innovation within the marketing department
7. Staying up to date with our competitors marketing initiatives/ activities, including staying up to date with latest marketing trends.
8. Strong admin skills

**EDUCATION/CERTIFICATION**:
Degree / Diploma in Marketing / Digital Marketing

**REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE**:
**EXPERIENCE REQUIRED**:
Min of 2 Years
