**High level activities**:

- Participate in the preparation of SOW advising in planning and scheduling requirements
- Participate in the review of technical proposal to equalise the different schedules proposed by the bidder, ensuring they are attainable. Report concerns to SME and Work Owner.
- Participate in site visits during tendering process
- Develop and monitor the contract plan in line with the Contractors work plan, available resources and required SoW
- Contribute to the overall effectiveness of the project through risk identification, defining critical tasks & tracking performance targets
- Translate the agreed SoW into planning and scheduling milestones for CPM activities
- Participate in Kick-off meetings and mobilisation and approval to work activities
- Actively participate in value delivery target setting, tracking and initiative development
- Monitor and Report SOW scheduled compliance and recommend corrective actions
- Provide specialist support to performance management of contractual KPIs
- Ensure effective tracking and reporting of Contractor performance
- Participate in close out meetings, oversee work completion activities and Provide support of post contract reviews.
