We are excited to be recruiting a Yacht Comissioning Agent to join our globally-based Yachts team

The Yachts Commissioning Agent in conjunction with the Yachts Commissioning Lead is responsible for ensuring safe keep of the yachts pre delivery, this delivery may be by ship or on the yachts own hull.

**What you will be doing**:

- Handover Inspection - inspect all presented yachts for defects including all systematic and functional aspects.
- Checking all paperwork, accuracy of confirmaiton and listing of defects found
- Final Sign off of yachts, including confirming dock space, checking exception report, checking skippers pack
- Set yacht up for departure, lines and fenders
- Digitally record sea trial results and highlight any safety issue to management
- Logistics related to yachts including assisting in preparation of yachts when necessary for departure after Signoff
- Check on stored yachts and highlight concerns
- Communicate with R&C on various groups to keep process flowing.

**What we are looking for**:

- 5 + years professional experience working on and/or with yachts.
- RYA Yacht master Offshore or equivalent
- SA Operators license
- Valid driver license
- Ability to utilize Microsoft Word and Excel
- Ability to lift up to 30 kgs; sit or stand for prolonged periods of time.
- Ability to type reports and communicate with R&C commissioning.
- Be available for inspections and daily plan set out.
