We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Financial and Insurance (F&I) Assistant to join our team.

**Responsibilities**:

- Assist with administrative duties, ensuring seamless client experience.
- Performing general administrative tasks with precision and attention to detail.
- Delivering impeccable client service with professionalism and friendliness.
- Explaining finance transaction costs, terms, and contractual obligations to clients.
- Presenting various products and services to customers, addressing their needs and concerns.
- Compiling and submitting files with required documentation to financial institutions.
- Ensuring timely follow-up and payment of transactions.

**Requirements**:

- Grade 12 qualification or equivalent.
- National Certificate in Automotive (NCA) certificate.
- Prior experience in a dealership environment or related field is advantageous.
- Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities.
- Valid driver's license / reliable transportation.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays.

Pay: From R8 000,00 per month

Work Location: In person
