Financial Wealth Holdings is looking for a diligent Debt Counsellor Quality Control Agent. The successful agent will be expected to monitor calls according to their assigned campaign and may have to monitor calls across different campaigns from time to time. The purpose of monitoring is to identify non-compliance, potential risks, training gaps and coaching needs. The quality control agent is expected to communicate all these aspects to the respective team leaders and managers while providing support and guidance.

The role will entail monitoring calls with respect to their assigned subsidiary. May have to monitor other subsidiaries from time to time.
- Call monitoring
- Process monitoring
- Compilation of escalations
- Notifying management of trends noted on calls.
- Assisting with investigations regarding complaints received.

Competencies:

- Must have been a Debt Counsellor for atleast 2 years.
- Attentive listening
- Diligent work ethic
- Demonstrate the ability to coach and provide constructive feedback.
- Must have the ability to work independently or within a group.
- Must be able to adapt to change.
- Must be computer literate and have basic excel skills.

**Qualifications**:

- Matric NQF 4
- Debt Counselling course.
- Preferably a registered Debt Counsellor.
