**Job Purpose**:
The Project Manager needs to ensure all activities relating to S2P system implementation activities are in line with client expectations, third-party service provider SOP's and overall BIL's project initiatives. Day-to-day handling of project activities, within the project timelines, client requirements and associated budget.

- Grade 12/Matric
- Relevant project management certification

**Experience**:

- Five years relevant experience
- Knowledge of Source to Pay systems and procurement will be an advantage

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Key responsibilities of this role**:

- Ensure all projects are delivered on time within the stipulated scope and budget
- Lead the initiation and planning of a project and ensure technical feasibility
- Ensure resource availability and allocation
- Develop a detailed plan to monitor and track the progress of the project
- Coordinate with internal and external parties for the flawless execution of projects
- Manage relationships between clients and stakeholders
- Measure project performance using appropriate project management tools
- Perform risk management analysis to reduce project risks
- Report and escalate to upper management as and when needed
- Create and maintain a comprehensive project documentation.

**Financial Responsibility**:

- Calculating the effect delays in the project will have on the overall budget of the system implementation.
