What You'll Do

As a Project Planner, you'll be at the heart of our project delivery, reporting directly to the Project Manager and collaborating with the Planning Lead. Your mission: to develop and manage detailed execution schedules that keep our projects on track and on time.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain master project schedules with resource loading
• Monitor progress vs. baseline and manage critical paths
• Lead schedule risk analysis and recovery planning
• Interface with fabricators, suppliers, and contractors
• Deliver insightful reports and presentations to leadership
• Drive planning governance, control, and integration across disciplines

What We're Looking For

We're seeking a detail-oriented, analytical planner with a proven track record in EPCM environments and a passion for precision.

Qualifications (Advantageous but not required):

• Primavera P6 Professional Advanced Rel 17 or higher certification
• MS Projects Certification
• PMI-SP Qualification

Experience:

• 6+ years in project execution planning
• 4+ years as a planner on EPCM projects
• 3+ years on-site during construction phases

Skills & Attributes:

• Expert in MS Projects & Primavera
• Strong understanding of engineering disciplines
• Skilled in resource loading, histograms, and schedule integration
• Excellent communicator and report writer
• Proficient in Excel, Word, Microsoft Dynamics
