HR Representative

The HR Representative is responsible for supporting daily HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, compliance, and HR administration. This role serves as a point of contact for employees and assists in ensuring HR processes run smoothly and efficiently.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Facilitate onboarding and orientation of new employees.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records in HRIS.
- Support employee relations by addressing routine inquiries and escalating concerns as necessary.
- Assist with payroll inputs and HR reporting.
- Coordinate training sessions and support learning and development initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, internal policies, and procedures.
- Participate in HR projects and initiatives as required.
- Support the branch and manage cleaners and receptionist
- Adhere to admin deadlines in submitting documents and reports:

- Performance Management documents for all teams in the branch
- Resource Management for the branch
- Warnings and hearing tracker
- Suspension and dismissal trackers
- Attendance reports etc.
- adhoc tasks can be added on management discretion

1. Various HR reports

2. Meeting timelines on report submissions

3. Maintaining employee records

4. Personnel management (absenteeism, late coming, managing staff issues)
- **Knowledge, Skills and Abilities**:

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of labour regulations and HR practices
- Exceptional organising skills
- Highly organised and detail oriented.
- Experience in handling employee grievances
- Experience in dealing with Unions, CCMA, Labour Court and the Department of labour.
- Proficient in MS Office (esp. Powerpoint and Excel).
- Good problem-solving skills
- Prior knowledge of different HR software is an advantage

Ability to meet business timelines and handle pressure.

Pay: R8 000,00 - R10 000,00 per month

Work Location: In person
