- Vetting and Approval of new customers
- Reviewing credit limits
- Attending to all electronic and telephonic queries
- Daily, weekly, and monthly reporting including age analysis, reconciliations, processing payments, credit notes.
- Collections
- Updating sales team and management with all customer issues
- Resolve customer queries timeously.
- Build solid relationships with customers and internal sales team.
- Debtor related administrative functions.

**Qualifications**:

- Matric and relevant credit management qualification
- Minimum 3 years relevant credit control experience
- Computer literacy with advanced MS Excel - Syspro experience advantageous.
- Must be self-motivated with ability to work independently in pressurized environment.
