**JOB DESCRIPTION**
- Plan, develop and manage awareness campaigns on new and current banknotes and coin, their associated security features and counterfeiting trends in the public domain in conjunction with the Communications Department.
- Develop an aligned currency public education plan for traditional, digital and social media channels.
- Coordination of all external training, education and awareness activities to the industry and the retail sector with the communications department
- Develop a currency stakeholder engagement plan for informed stakeholders, the public and company Group employees in collaboration with the Communications division.
- Co-ordinate the protection and maintenance of currency intellectual property (IP).
- Manage all correspondence with the public on all currency-related queries in conjunction with the communications department.
- Provide administrative support associated with currency integrity.
- Develop currency training requirements and formulate an execution plan to ensure successful implementation

**JOB REQUIREMENTS**
- A bachelors degree (NQF 7) in Public Relations Management or an equivalent qualification ; and
- A minimum of 58 years of job-related experience in public relations environment.
