**Job Purpose**:
The Department of Infrastructure, Western Cape Government has an opportunity for a suitably qualified and competent individual to coordinate, facilitate and administer subsidy Title Deeds in the Western Cape including the transfer of properties vesting in the name of the WCG to beneficiaries as well as identifying and finalising all outstanding old transfers. The post is based in Cape Town, CBD.

**Minimum Requirements**:
An appropriate 3-year National Diploma/B-Degree (equivalent or higher qualification); A minimum of 3 years supervisory level experience; A valid code B (or higher code) driving licence.

**Key Performance Areas**:
Manage the rendering of a service to contribute towards the upliftment of the livelihoods of the citizens of the Western Cape by coordinating the transfer of title deeds to housing beneficiaries and ensure security of tenure; Provide financial management, performance reporting management and human resource management support; To resolve contested title deeds through normalisation and regularisation of cases.

**Competencies**:
Knowledge of the following: Legislation, regulatory frameworks, policies, and best practices that have a bearing on the line functions; Information systems that aid in the management of knowledge and information pertaining to the line function; Project management; Operational management practices; Skills needed: Written and verabal communication; Financial Management; MS Office (Excel); Following instructions and procedures; Working with people; Presenting and communicating information; Analysing; Writing and reporting.

**Remuneration**:
R 424 104 per annum (Salary Level 9)
