**Overview**

Engage in identifying and resolving issues relating to daily logical access and identity management.
- For this role one needs to have technical background and ability to learn and/or work with multiple tool sets.**Requirements**:

- Minimum of 2 years IAM experience.
- AAB customer experience (an added advantage).

**Key Duties and Responsibilities**
- CyberArk requests.
- Passwords resets:
(Mainframe, UNIX, Solon, SBT, OBS, BASE24, TANDEM, Exfortis LDAP, Exfortis Mainframe).
- Posa Activations and Deactivations
- INSTAP Forms processing:
(UL, ULXF, BJD, MRA, ULO, WIN, TAN, MO, RA, RR, RC).
- SSIM Requests processing (Creation, Modification and Deletion)

(SBT, Solon, Mainframe, Exfortis Mainframe, Exfortis LDAP, Tandem, Base24, EX-AAB, COE, UNIX, TEPS)
- (sub-components DB2, WebSphere, LDAP & AD Adaptors)
- Experience with integrating with Microsoft Active Directory services
- Experience with integrating IBM/Kyndryl Bluepages directory services
- Experience with integrating to IBM Secret Server (IBM Security Privilege Vault)
- Knowledge of Joiners, Movers, Leavers (JML) Policy implementation
