**Key Performance Area**:

- Assist in maintenance of attendance register, leave forms and collection of monthly timesheets from all employees.
- Receive and process vehicle requests for vehicle management
- Conduct regular reviews to ensure that logbooks are completed
- Perform fuel reconciliations
- Maintain copies of driver’s license and ensure that there is an adequate filing system for motor vehicles
- Receive and process training requests with the Finance Office
- Collection and filing of all claims and ensure that supporting documentation is attached
- Maintenance of petty cash float
- Assist in general office administration
- Provide support in all day-to-day activities of the office.
- Answering and route phone calls, as needed.
- Assist in general office administration.
- Responsible for Stock control process
- Responsible for asset management process
- Perform adhoc tasks including driving and office purchases
- Perform general clerical duties including filing, scanning and photocopying
- Maintain clean working environment in all common areas
- Requesting and keeping track of items couriered
- Liaise with all other sub-districts to obtain documentation for processing

**Minimum Requirements**:
- Matric and/ or tertiary qualification advantageous
- Computer certificate advantageous
- Minimum of 2 years data capturing experience
- Advanced level of computer literacy (MS office suite)
- Working knowledge of MS Excel critical
- Able to communicate in English
- Excellent interpersonal and teamwork skills
- Willing to work unconventional hours
- Resilience to change
