A bit more about the Opportunity...:
**What Your Day-to-Day will Look Like**:
You’ll be working from offices based in Paarl, Western Cape. This campaign deals with inbound & outbound collections as well as various back office pieces and general enquiries. Alongside, the successful applicant will be required to respond to all incoming and outbound calls in a professional, courteous, and friendly manner using the relevant campaign guidelines, scripts and systems. All customer contacts should be dealt with efficiently, meeting or exceeding the expectations of the company. You’ll be reporting into a Team Manager, most of which will have started as an advisor themselves, so they are in the best placed position to support you.
** **You will be working towards various Key Performance Indicators and have individual and team targets to aim for.
