- The Human Resource Graduate will provide quality and administrative support to the Human Resources Learning and Development and Transformation departments on various projects.
What will your individual contribution at Haleon be?- General HR administrative duties, including onboarding or termination of employees and updating personnel folders accordingly.-
- Drafting letters, notices and policies related to Human Resources and employees.-
- Interface between employees and benefit administrators, including the submission and follow-up of forms.-
- Medical Aid
- and Provident Fund administration-
- Assisting the Transformation Manager and TCCC (Employment Equity Committee) with minute taking and Employment Equity related administrative duties-
- Learning and Development administrative duties, including the collation of training records and preparation of the Workplace Skills Plan and Annual Training Report-
- Transformation related duties, including assistance to the Transformation Manager on Broad-Based Black Economic Development
- and Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion programs.-
- Industrial Relations related duties, including support to the Industrial Relations team.-
- Investigating employee queries, complaints, or concerns-
- HR portal update and system support-
- Record keeping and reporting on HR related matters.-
- Project Management, including tracking the progress on programs, meeting deadlines and prioritise as required.-

Education required:
- Matric / Grade 12 is essential.-
- Diploma or Degree in Human Resource Management or related qualification- Good academic transcripts are essential, we will not consider anyone below 60%. Please note that you must provide your academic transcripts together with your CV when applying.
Language required:
- Written and spoken fluency in English.Other requirements:
