The position is based in Bedfordview and will be full time on-site.

**Responsibilities**:
As an HR Graduate Intern, you’ll play a key role in supporting the day-to-day operations of our busy HR Department.

You’ll work closely with our HR Manager and be responsible for various administrative tasks to ensure the smooth functioning of the HR Department.
- Roles include but not limited to:_

General HR Administration

Recruitment administration (i.e, posting new vacancies, pre-screening, scheduling interviews, etc)

Employee Wellness (curating activities for our Culture Committee)

Rolling out of compliance documents

Ensuring all employees have signed compliance documents

Drafting Job Descriptions

Updating the HR system with employee information

Supplier liaison and management

Admin and event support

Any other duties as requested

**Requirements**:

- Qualification: Degree / Diploma in Human Resource Management / Industrial Psychology.
- Experience: No experience required; Prior experience will be advantageous.
- Skills: Strong communication skills - both verbal and non-verbal. Strong research skills. Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking capabilities. Excellent typing skills.
- Technology: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, comfortable with various online project management tools, and digital platforms.
- Qualities: Attention to detail, the capability to maintain discretion and confidentiality, and flexibility to adapt to the evolving needs of a fast-growing organisation. Proactive with the ability to work independently, ability to work well under pressure.
