Consumer Services Representative with French

**The Role**:
The Consumer Representative is responsible for receiving and handling Consumerqueries about KC products sold in the EMEA region. We are looking for an experiencedconsumerservicesrepresentativewhois able to converse in both French and English to a business proficient level.

**What can you expect?**
- Handle consumer contacts from all channels effectively, efficiently, promptly and able to determine the nature of the interaction.
- Manage and share consumer insights
- Compose and translate text where needed
- Focus on providing best in class consumer services experience
- Ensure all Regulatory and GDPR processes are adhered to.
- Continuous Improvement by using LEAN principles, Visual Management and Standard Work

**What you will need to have**:

- Minimum of Matric / Grade 12
- Experience in a Customer/Consumer Care function and/or complaint management.
- Excellent professional, interpersonal, written and communication skills
- Fluent in speaking English and French and can work independently.
- Can work independently and good at motivating themselves
- Flexible and able to handle change
- Good time management skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Salesforce knowledge (desirable)
