Our client is looking for a Fitter and Turner to join their manufacturing plant in Phoenix, Durban. This is an onsite role operating from Mondays to Fridays.

**Duties And Responsibilities**
- Start-up and shut-down checks.
- Conducting maintenance, repairs and modifications.
- Conducting root cause analysis.
- Fabricating and installing equipment.

**Qualifications and**
- Matric.
- Trade tested fitter and turner.
- 5 years experience in manufacturing.

**Technical Competencies**
- Understanding of aluminium and steel fabrication processes.
- Technically minded.
- Ability to read and write English.
- Basic computer literacy.
- Ability to communicate and build relationships at all levels of the organisation.

**Behavioural Competencies**
- Good Interpersonal skills.
- Thorough attention to detail.
- Task driven and delivery focused.
- Ability to prioritise and work under pressure.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: R20,000.00 - R25,000.00 per month

**Education**:

- High School (matric) (preferred)
