**GRADER OPERATOR**

We are looking for an experienced and safety-conscious Grader Operator to join our dedicated team.

The Grader Operator will be responsible for operating heavy motor graders to level surfaces, prepare sites, and assist in various construction projects. This role demands precision, attention to detail, and a strong commitment to safety.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Operate and maneuver graders to level surfaces, create roadbeds, and clear construction areas.
- Conduct daily inspections on the grader and report any maintenance needs.
- Adhere to project grading specifications and ensure high-quality work.
- Maintain a safe working environment, adhering to Mantishe Construction's safety standards.
- Work with site sManagers/Supervisors to meet project deadlines and specifications.

**Requirements**:

- Valid Final level Grader Operator certificate or equivalent qualification.
- Proven experience operating graders, preferably within the construction industry.
- Strong understanding of grading techniques and safety regulations.
- Ability to read blueprints and site plans for precise grading.
- Good physical fitness to handle the demands of operating machinery.
- Excellent attention to detail and hand-eye coordination.
