**Key Responsibilities**:

- Handle inbound queries and convert leads
- Maintain and grow relationships with existing clients
- Answering or making calls to clients to learn about and address their needs, complaints, or other issues with products or services.
- Engaging in active listening with callers, confirming or clarifying information and diffusing angry clients, as needed.
- Building lasting relationships with clients and other call center team members based on trust and reliability.

**Requirements**:

- Driven, energetic, and goal-oriented

No Experience required. training will be provided

**Job Type**: Permanent

Pay: R4 000,00 - R9 080,00 per month

**Education**:

- High School (matric) (preferred)
