**LOCATION: DURBAN CENTRAL**

**Company Description**

Our group which comprises of 8 supermarkets based across Durban is looking for a Creditor's Clerk based at one of our stores in Durban central.

**Duties and Responsibilities**
- Creditors accounts and reconciling
- Communication with suppliers and department managers
- Following up on credit notes
- Preferably retail experience
- Microsoft office intermediate skills at least
- Raising of debtor’s invoices
- Checking the age analysis monthly and following up on outstanding invoices
- Checking of allocation of payments to correct accounts
- Support to the admin managers during processing of payments

**Requirements**:

- Grade 12 (Matric).
- At least +-2 years’ experience in a similar position.
- Proficient in MS Office Applications.
- Experience in a retail environment will be advantageous
- Can work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Attention to detail.
- Great interpersonal and communication skills.
- Understanding of accounting principles and cycles.
- SARS submissions and VAT knowledge.

**Education**:

- High School (matric) (required)

**Experience**:
