The cluster focusses on retail products, as well as group schemes. What will you do?
To bill and collect premiums through debit orders; easy pay, DebiCheck collections
Matching files to bank statement
Obtain information through various stakeholders, internal an external
Query and complaint handling, including assessment and reporting
Ensure debit order billing is audited and done according to requirements
manage account holder verification process and reporting
System enhancement testing
Monthly Daily and weekly reporting
Proactive error reporting
Error handling investigations, resolution and reporting
Identify problem areas an trends, propose resolution and prevention
What will make you successful in this role?
Experience & Knowledge
Additional studies of financial nature
At least two years experience in a billing environment within the insurance industry
Computer skills
Advanced MS Office (Excel)
Knowledge of Mercury and FAFA (Sanlam Sky Internal Systems) will be an advantage
Experience in the Financial Sector be an added advantage.
