The role will encompass, among other things, the full day-to-day responsibility and running of various teams across Supply Chain, Operations, Customer Service, and Production, and a strong understanding of these areas from an FMCG perspective is essential.

Operational decisions and the setting of strategic goals just being part and parcel of this exciting and challenging role.

- Senior-level supply chain and logistics experience with a track record of operational service level and efficiency improvement.
- Proven ability to lead and manage complex projects within timeline and budgetary constraints across functional areas.
- Strong analytical skills and excellent judgment.
- Broad knowledge of P&L, Balance Sheet, ROI.
- Experience in South Africa and Africa within the FMCG sector.
- 10 Years at Senior Level
- Sales and operational planning (demand planning, Sales & Production reporting)
- Procurement (Vendor management, Logistics co-ordination and contract packing)
- Capex Co-ordination and Project Management
- Plant Operations including Quality and Compliance; Processes and Efficiencies
